To provide the core functionality of StyleOrbit AI, we process the following:

• A system-generated, non-identifiable user ID
• A record of generated hairstyle preview results (images and videos) associated with the user
• A record of the user's in-app credits or token balance used to access generation features
• Technical metadata related to generation requests (used for reliability, error handling, and debugging)

User-uploaded photos are processed as input but are not retained.

• Generated hairstyle preview images may be stored temporarily by StyleOrbit AI solely to deliver results to the user and are deleted immediately after delivery.
• Generated hairstyle preview videos are not stored by StyleOrbit AI and are delivered directly to the user's device.

4. Face Data and Image Processing

StyleOrbit AI does not collect face data.

Although user-uploaded photos may visually contain a face, the app does not collect, extract, analyze, or store any face data or biometric information.

The app does not:

• Perform facial recognition
• Identify or authenticate users
• Extract facial landmarks, measurements, or embeddings
• Build facial profiles
• Track users based on facial features

Images are processed solely as visual input to generate hairstyle preview images and videos requested by the user. No face-related data is created or retained by StyleOrbit AI.

5. Third-Party Processing

StyleOrbit AI uses secure third-party processing services solely to generate hairstyle preview images and videos requested by the user.

User-uploaded photos are transmitted securely for processing. StyleOrbit AI does not control or have access to the internal data handling, analysis, or retention practices of third-party services.

StyleOrbit AI does not receive, store, or access any biometric outputs, facial recognition data, or face embeddings.

Generated images may be stored temporarily by StyleOrbit AI only to deliver results to the user and are deleted immediately after delivery. Generated videos are not stored by StyleOrbit AI.

6. Data Retention

StyleOrbit AI retains data only for the minimum time required to provide the service:

• User-uploaded photos are not retained
• Generated hairstyle preview images are deleted immediately after delivery
• Generated hairstyle preview videos are not stored by StyleOrbit AI
• Credit or token balances are retained only to maintain the user's in-app usage state
• No face data is retained long-term

7. Data Sharing

StyleOrbit AI does not sell, rent, or share user data for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.

Data is shared only as necessary to generate hairstyle preview images and videos requested by the user.
